i have a nissan 3.5 outboard. i think that the motor needs a tuning but not sure please help. This outboard motor power head was completely seized and stuck from rust. I took it apart, got it free and put it back together. Carb has been cleaned and is all shiny like three times. Gas is good. Runs and then just shuts off. Jet is clear but it is acting like the fuel is shutting off.
